Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was extremely rude. Even though there was no one behind us in the drive-thru and only a few cars in the parking lot, we were rushed to place our order. When we tried to take a moment to make sure everyone in the car had chosen what they wanted, a second woman kept interrupting us over the intercom to hurry us up. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unnecessary, especially since it was not even busy at the time. While the food may be typical fast food quality, there is no excuse for customers to be treated this way while ordering.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They consistently forget parts of our order. When I tried to order 2 large nacho fries, they only had enough for 2 small ones. When I got home, I realized they didn't give us any nacho cheese at all. It's frustrating that they frequently leave out part of our order. I'm tired of paying for food and not receiving it.
Dirty floors in the restaurant, and the men’s room was the worst maintained men’s room I’ve seen in Southwest Florida, other than the back of a gas station. It took way longer than other Taco Bell’s to receive my food, and I dined in.
Passengers couldn't decide but Taco attendant was very patient and very helpful. Thank you! Food was finished before we got home...10min drive!
Hair in my old cold food. And they wanted to argue with me about the hair till I showed them.
