Wendy's - Venice

I've received wrong oder too many times. I don't know why I bother. I go through the drive thru and speak loud and clear yet I don't get what I ordered. Unfortunately there's always a line behind me and I hate holding people up so I don't check my bag until I get home. Twice I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and got regular yes, it matters) and just now I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger only to get a regular small cheeseburger with onion and ketchup, the two things I absolutely hate more than anything, which is why I get a Jr. Bacon because it comes with none of those things. I made the mistake of leaving without ensuring I had a receipt so I can't even do anything about it or leave a formal complaint. I'm done. I'm generally an easy going forgiving person but I just can't handle complete incompetence.

Dis respectful staff in the drive through I didn’t even order because of how rude they was I left without getting food, now I see why this place is always

Worst chili I ever had in my 72 years of life not even able to call it chili. It was bean doup with a hint of beef.. blan and not even red kidney beans but mixed beans that were under cooked.. terrible !

This Wendy’s is very unprofessional sad that a person especially a manger thinks it’s right to use racist and inappropriate words on shift and think it be fine especially working with other races I think her name was jasmine this should be

This place is a joke. Don't ever order delivery from here. It will never show up. I've tried multiple times. Canceled after an hour of screwing around.
