The staff at the Ventersdorp Barcelos should have training on hospitality and customer service. We walked into the store on Friday 2022-12-16 with the intention of sitting in and we were received with mere cold stares. At the counter an African female kept herself busy with making notes on a pad while we stood waiting to be acknowledged and to place an order. When we began discussing our preferences on the board above because we were not given any menus we were informed in Setswana that they can only serve us chips due to loadshedding and the power will only be back at 18:00 but according the schedule the power will resume at 16:00.
