Agnes Cafe - Ventnor

The food was decent and fresh, but it didn't really stand out. It would have been better if the fries had been hand-cut. The service was friendly and accommodating for our baby, which we appreciated. The biggest drawback was the coffee, which was disappointing. We were hoping for espresso-based drinks like lattes or cappuccinos, but they only offered drip coffee, and it wasn’t good at all—quite dull, actually. This place could really improve by investing in a quality coffee machine; it wouldn't be too expensive to get decent beans and an espresso maker. If coffee isn't a priority for you, then the rest of the experience was fine—just nothing particularly special, but still good.

I would definitely prefer almost anywhere else before returning here. The smoothies were only about three-quarters full and not cold. Additionally, the prices were 25% higher at pickup than what was listed online when we placed our order.

We enjoyed our brunch sitting outside. The coffee was decent, and the veggie omelette was fresh, but the hash browns lacked flavor and were just average. The scone, however, was delightful—I would definitely return just for that. The service was good; our server was friendly. Overall, we were happy to have the option to sit outside.

We had a waitress whose name is Syd and it was such a splendid dining experience. Every single need was taken care of and she was such a wonderful waitress!!! Sydney offered me and my family a variety of options to choose and it was all so scrumptious!!! I can’t wait to go again!!!:

Amazing traditional breakfast, definitely the best pancakes in the area! Great for families with children.
