Blaze Pizza - Ventura

I love this Blaze location in Ventura. You have so many different veggie toppings that are unlimited for the Build Your Own Pizza, and it's great that the gluten-free crust is also vegan. I always ask for my pizzas. I like this in addition to the limes, they offer vitamin water, foam water, beer and more. They also have a large outdoor area.

Coming from a person with an established janitorial exp. This place is impressively clean ???? it?s important when It comes down to fresh food being out. Been here a few times the staff has been nothing but respectful take care of all your pizza ???? wishes! ??????????

Came in at 8pm to order pizza and no one was in line but a few people were dining. The employee who greeted us told us I?m sorry the wait will be 45 minutes because we have a ups order to fill. My boyfriend scoffed and said really 45 minutes to order a pizza and she said you can order now but your paper will just sit here. Eventually she said maybe we can squeeze you in and then asked another staff member to take our order. Eventually our pizzas went in the oven and we sat down to wait. Overall maybe 10 minutes went by. A few moments later they called our name and said please get back in line because we dropped one of your pizzas. Eventually left with one cold pizza and one remade pizza. They were grumpy and pushy the entire time. Poor customer service and made me feel like a burden by coming to their establishment.

We thought that Blaze Pizza would have their own drivers, which would ensure that our pizza arrived hot. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It seems like the driver placed the pizza boxes on the floor and cranked up the AC to the maximum. This is a common issue with Grubhub and other delivery services like Doordash. From now on, I will not be ordering from anywhere until this type of delivery service is improved. Grubhub should consider using pizza warm bags to ensure that the food stays hot during delivery. It's a shame because I really like Blaze Pizza, but I am not willing to deal with this waste of time, money, and food any longer.

Staff were courteous and helpful, but the pizza made us sick. We ordered the veggie pizza with keto crust. Half anbhour later we felt a little bit sick.
