Prime Steakhouse - Ventura

Last night, my husband and I went out to dinner with another couple at this restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine, four steak dishes, and dessert. Before we placed our order, I handed the waiter a coupon from restaurant.com. When it came time to pay the bill, the owner approached us and started to argue about the coupon. She refused to accept it, claiming that restaurant.com had listed her restaurant without her permission. After about five minutes of back-and-forth, she finally agreed to deduct $20 from our total instead of the $25 discount the coupon promised. To make matters worse, she said, “It’s only a difference of $5. You can afford that," even though our meal had cost over $200! What a disappointing experience!
