Simones Coffee And Tea - Ventura

I walked in and felt completely ignored. No one acknowledged me or said, "I'll be right with you." Since it was later in the day, I even wondered if they were closed. When I asked, "Did I come in when you are closed?" the staff member snapped back, "I SAID I'll be right with you!" It was incredibly rude. Despite being a regular customer, I left without placing an order, feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. I won't be returning.

The coffee at this place is fantastic! The service is outstanding as well. The staff always brightens my day, and the owner is very friendly too; it's clear that he treats his employees well.

A hidden gem! The coffee here is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. There's a wonderful sense of community, with plenty of regulars popping in. They still make a fantastic cappuccino.

Delicious chocolate chai latte and great cold or hot portable tumbler that I can use with ice without condensation! So happy to support local businesses.

I have been here a few years ago, but it was closed when I went to meet a friend from Connect Church.. Nice and in a great location...
