The Greek Mediterranean Steak Seafood

We arrived at the restaurant late on a Sunday night and found that it wasn't crowded. We were pleasantly surprised by the Murphy Goode Sauvignon Blanc, a fantastic North Coast wine. We decided to share the surf and turf platter, which was mostly delicious, especially the seafood and cuts of meat. However, some of the meats were a bit dry. The Greek salad was flavorful, although the tomatoes were disappointing - possibly due to the season. A highlight was the bread basket with delicious warm broth. Overall, a lovely dining experience.

We visited a training program on the canal islands and decided to have a meal at the Greek restaurant beforehand. The service was quick and the food was delicious. This restaurant is a great place to dine at! They have ample parking space, making it convenient for customers. Make sure to check out this place when you are in the area.

There is so much to love about The Greek in Ventura. A family-run business, a beautiful location right on the water, and ohhhhh so much delicious Greek food. Their Greek salad and dressing are my favorite ever, as is their tzatziki. I’ve tried a lot of both of those in my life, but theirs with some warm pita bread is unbeatable.
