Urbane Cafe - Ventura

I am at the urban Café near Southwest Airlines in the Sacramento international Airport. The service is horrendous! I spent over 45 minutes, yes I said 45 minutes, waiting for two egg selections. If the cook was any slower she would be working backwards. Adding insult to injury, when we finally got the orders they were wrong. I can?t believe I spent over $25 for this insult. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting your establishments in the future.

Urbane Cafe is weekly food stop for lunch or dinner, corporate functions or lately pickup and delivery options. Always great fresh heathy quality food and great customer service at (7) of the locations I?ve been to. Urbane truly sets the bar/standard and meets all my expectations each time.
