Yesterday (Dic 7th) I ordered the iceberg wedge with blue cheese and bacon along with a 400 grams NY steak. What they served me was a very bad piece of beef with lots of nerves that even the steak knife could not cut easily. I call the waiter and explained that I expected a NY strip and what I had was nothing like it, asked him to talk to the cook and was completely ignored. I left most of it, the portion I ate was a very unpleasant experience of trying to chew through nerves. Asked for the check and leave the place with sadness for being mistreated after being a fan since my first experience in that place back in 2001, I have a picture of that day with my late wife and never coming back again. Have pictures of the piece of meat I left in case they are required by anyone. Waiter asked for tip and I said to him that not this time and commented that I felt so disappointed with the experience and most likely never coming back. Sincerely, Hector O
Despite a few non so good reviews, I decided to visit this restaurant again and I 'm happy that I did. Service was amazing since my arrival to the end. I sat down and Carlos my waiter came immediately with a big smile. Provided recommendations all the way. I had a delicious Caesar 's salad and a grilled octopus. I will come back again. Thanks Carlos for being such a great host!
I was there with a group of friends and were very surprised to find this type of restaurant inside of the airport. Food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you! We will totally go back
Our group had a delicious breakfast before our 5 hours flight. We all chose a combo, fruits, pastries, espresso coffee, juice and our main. Most of us had either Chilaquiles or scrambled eggs. The food was delicious, service was excellent and the bathrooms are better than any of the public at the airport.
I got duck tacos, they were straight gas. Good prices too. Its a high end place but I got the tacos, chips and guac, 2 beers, and tipped 20% and it was 30 USD altogether. They also had lots of different cuts (steak) that they showed me to prepare that looked really good. I wasnt in a steak mood but I would have gone for it almost any other day.
