Ski to it at the end of your day then dance to quality tunes on the upstairs terrace or chill on the bigger downstairs terrace - both have stunning sunset views! The restaurant offers French dining with an excellent wine list and they also do occasional Sunday brunches which are great value. You can also book the private room downstairs for a group dinner - and the upstairs area for private parties. The staff are really friendly and helpful and if you happen to be in town, don't miss their Opening, Closing, Boss des Bosses and Mardi Gras parties - the place goes off.
The Aprés here is unsurpassed-on a sunny afternoon the upper deck turns into a crazy outdoor fun and rosé infused party. The restaurant downstairs is cozy and serves up some great bistro food. In the spring months you can have lunch on their lower outdoor deck. You can reach this restaurant on skis, bus or on foot as it is conveniently located at the bottom of the rouge piste(obviously!.)
We go often to Le Rouge Restaurant for lunch and dinner. Never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and serving. The after-ski club is the best in town. A little of Ibiza on the slopes! Could spend my whole day there! And I do quiet often! Thank you Le Rouge for always giving me good memories at all my birthdays! And if you can don't miss the opening season party and of course the closing one as well! And if you don't have enough of partying, continue to the Etoile Verbier with great DJ's like Martin Solveig, Luciano and many more! Thank you Le Rouge! We love you!
We went to lunch, on the terrace, a super sunny day, and we must say that the spot is perfect. I'm always a little scared of quality in trendy places, but we were very pleasantly surprised. my spare-ribs were melting, homemade fries at the top. So we had a very good time, drunk from the rose to the sun. We didn't know, but there's a post-ski that starts in the middle of the afternoon on the top terrace. then the, of the good sound not too aggressive but well pechu (big bass line,) we continued to drink a few glasses of rosé by shrouting in the sun, beautiful life. Two days later, some buddies are suggesting to join them in the red for dinner. It was another thing, from the brewery-style kitchen, but hyper pointed. a beautiful wine cellar with a surge! I can only recommend, nothing to say, it was perfect.
