Lhotti's Diner - Verchaix

Did you know that the very beautiful departmental road 907 that goes from Saint-Jeoire to the magnificent circus of horsepower, crosses the mythical road 66 that goes from chicago to the vegas? in fact these two roads cross precisely in the small village of verchaix at the restaurant lhotti's diner. In a retro decor of coffee-shop us from the 1950s, I was able to eat a very good burger made with real meat, served on a plate and accompanied by small salads and very good fries (season)?. Besides a wide choice of burger of all sizes, this restaurant also serves sandwiches, wraps, meats and salads. He's got a kid's menu. a good choice of drinks. a midday formula with home burger, beer or soda and coffee. all this for a very affordable price. The service is nice and attentive. What does the people of the workers demand?

From the entrance, betty boop welcomes us! super nice frame, very nice staff. Ultra-lightful pass and banana milkshake to fall! I'm going back there without hesitating my next passage.

The place looks like a diner. Really. Not sure where they got the furnishings... we were impressed. To build on this, a blinking diner sign outside and a working jukebox would be the last finishing touches. The food is overall ok. The burgers are good, though a bit soggy (one of the burgers at our table had soaked through the bun). The cook on the meat was as ordered. However, there are many small details that could be improved: french fries not quite crisp enough, onion rings with guacamole but no sour cream, etc. Also, prices are quite high for a burger and fries. Great idea and concept, but needs a bit more work to be authentic. Tons of potential, though.

Lunch with family. burgers are copious and have arrived very hot (which unfortunately is not always the case elsewhere). Fries houses are top. Too bad that the burger of the child menu is extra. The team is smiling and friendly. the restaurant is clean and well decorated. only true flat for us: the restaurant tickets are not accepted... what to think about before returning to it when you are a large family. But if not, this address is worth a detour. I strongly advise him.
