Last Friday (It Could be a real Black Friday for me) 25th November 2016, I had an Amazing Experience at Maverick Spur Steak Ranch in Three Rivers. After having a meal with my wife and daughters, I left the establishment and I forgot my brand new Cellphone on my my table. When I arrived home and I realised that I forgot my cellphone at Spur...I flew like crazy with the hope to find it. When I arrived I looked under the table every where and I couldn't find it. My mind was already trying to imaging everything myself looking at the CCTV system to find out who took my phone and contact the Police. However, it was totally different what happened. The Manager on charge that night helped to immediately resolve the situation, but let say the my Waiter Mr. Thulani took control of the situation...he found the cellphone after we left and gave it to the lady at the Reception Payment Point. From the bottom of my heart I would like Spur Management to give a Recognition to Mr. Thulani for his gesture and honest attitude and discipline by not compromising the his personal reputation and Maverick Spur Steak Ranch Restaurant Trust. From my family and myself, we Thank You so Much for your Attention and putting your customer satisfaction first. Best Spur in our area. I recommend it to all. My grandaughter had a whale og a time in the play area. Food was excellent.
