We ordered on a Friday and called them after an hour to check on the order. Got a call back from them apologizing that the order was missed and that they were making to order and would be covering the charge. Great customer service and the food was delicious!! Got the hand tossed crust, it was a good thickness. Mozzarella sticks were basic but good.
