McDonald's - Vern-sur-Seiche

I think the error is forgiven and that in the event of an affluence it can be understood. However, for the first time there was an oblivion in my order as I went out of time of infancy. the reception is always as commercial or unpleasant. And to crown it all this time, one of my burgers was not cooked. This mc donald's goes bad. Thankfully, there are others.

I have a lot to say about the macdonalds of the val d'orson, and certainly not well. I'm a regular client and I'm very often overlooked. that happens, or the mistake is human, but it is unfortunately very regular. and when contact is made with the person in charge, who appears under the name of manon or some laura, the answer is unworthy, impoli. We really feel like we're pounding them and they really don't have anything to do with our problem. no customer gesture, no consideration is a "I take your name, we will give it to you next time" and obviously don't count on what it is done. Your name isn't rated, you won't have anything. You've paid, and you won't have what you've paid for. The client is only a huge wallet to be depopulated. I honestly think the biggest problem in this restaurant is management. employees seem to be very poorly framed and appreciated. For this I have only tendered my ear while waiting for once again too long my order to hear superiors tell each other how pathetic their employees are and that we should be even more disrespectful with them (the whole accompanied by laughter of course because it is very fun of mistreated those who work for you.) Respect seems really absent from those responsible for this restaurant. Clearly, a restaurant that doesn't respect its customers or employees, I'll never be seen again.

We stopped for a quick break. arrival at 14:45 we were 4grouoes of people, we were served at 15:10 for a fast food chain it's a shame especially that there was no affluence. no balloon available to children, general we find it in all mac do. hygiene problem in the toilet, and access door wc hard to open and dry hand non functional.

Fast service hamburgers and very hot fries friendly and available staff because the waitress wanted to warm the bottle of my loulou.

In our 5 menu drive command. There were three drinks, two desserts and the book in the happy meal. Unfortunately, it's not the first time!
