Contribuisci feedbackIt's an Arby's, so you know exactly what to expect when you order. It’s not a five-star dining experience—it's Arby's. That said, I always find the restaurant to be quite clean, even cleaner than many other fast food places in the area. That has to count for something!
I genuinely dislike writing negative reviews and always try to be as understanding as possible. However, during my recent visits to pick up an order, I've experienced excessively long wait times over the past few months. The daytime staff is friendly and cheerful, but the customer service from the evening crew tonight was so disappointing that I chose not to order food here this time. I hope to be able to share a better experience in the future.
I ordered a large curly fries, expecting at least some of them to actually be curly. Unfortunately, this location consistently serves straight fries instead of curly ones. The quality of food here has declined significantly. I cannot recommend the Vernal UT location.
Awful management and stafd. You can tell theyre unhappy. I would be too with the amount of stress the job brings and being underpaid. The management needs to do better and pay their employees better than $10 and hour. That's laughable. Lines are waytoo long here and don't budge for 20-30 minutes. I watched 3 cars in front of me leave before I finally left as well.
I tried the new waygyu beef burger. you could expect to use exotic bark meat, which would make it the star of the show. I couldn't even taste the bark for the overproven sauce. disappointed!
