Woodfire Grill - Vernal

Serious people this is amazing! The meat has a brand new taste in my opinion better than any other steak house I was. Dallin Jones is a master! The food was great with a good choice. We came out. The opening night expected a lot and there was no parking anymore. However, we were pleasantly welcomed A staff that is more than able to treat the amount! Two thumbs go up for the Jones family and take this leap of faith. Great men. Help them not be disappointed!

The location may not have changed for a buffet, but the taste and ambience have been improved. Great new look inside with great service to fit. The taste of the steak was wonderful. I expected more of it and asked for the A1 steak sauce. I tried the first bite and didn't end with the steak sauce at all. It wasn't necessary.

The best buffet I saw at the Uintah Basin. Food was exceptional and well prepared. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and worth every cent. Such a great improvement over the previous buffet!!!!

I loved the new fresh look of the place. The chopped salad is a fresh tasty twist. The steak and all the choices of the delish side. The dessert should die for the bread pudding. I will definitely come back.

Only a bit reminiscent of its former namesake. The steaks are great well seasoned and cooked to within reason. We shared a table with some people (due to the crowd) travelling from the Denver area to Park City, they had planned a stop in Vernal for the night. Our waitress, Kylie, had moved to Vernal from Olympia and had only been working at the Woodfire Grill for a couple of weeks. She was working her proverbial *ss off but still had time to carry on a conversation with our group throughout dinner. We've been back once since then and requested Kylie again. She hasn't changed a bit great work ethic and always a smile on her face. There always seems to be someone cleaning the floors, stocking the buffet bars and there's been a friendly greeting at the door. This will continue to be a go to place for me and my family. The prices are reasonable and the buffet is nonstop.
