Very good Bistrot, friendly setting, impeccable service, the velvet chestnut was a delight. Point negative, the braised calf was too dry, for a sauce dish it's limiting.

The velvety potiron with its chestnuts, its emulsion of goat cheese... was delicious.. super good surprise for a meal taken after a big hike.
