Lanes broke down easily, limited staff for food/bar area, food came out half frozen, poor service recovery

I went with my family and had and had a good time bowling but the service was slow and when it's packed it near impossible to get the right size and weight ball...

Every time I come in it’s always clean and the workers are always working very hard to make sure everyone is satisfied, though I don’t really like that chicken...

Very expensive, was hit with sticker shock when I got my receipt. Tables were dirty and took a while to receive our food/beverage orders. Won’t be coming back.
