Get my coffee here at least 6 mornings a week. Great service always. Very polite people.

Very bad experience. Very poor service. The lady working the register took my order completely wrong, when asked to correct it she starts arguing with me, the guy behind the counter starts arguing with me too. I request a refund and cancel my order they refuse to cancel and refund my money, I will contact Dunkin’ corporate and will never give this location my business again. The employee also asked me “to step outside” and threatened to fight me. I took video of this. I have never had any experience like this one it was like something you see on YouTube with fast food employees fighting customers I was shocked.

Hah brown I ordered for my daughter and I were burnt and not edible. Ridiculous that they even thought of serving them. Never coming to this place again.

The shop has a weird layout. They have very limited donut options and with that they ask you twice before putting the wrong donut in the bag. And bad customer service and food waste is like something they don't care about.

The morning crew of Belen, Julie and Marcos is the best! Always friendly, fast, and my order is accurate. The coffee both hot and iced are the amazing. Highly
