Starbucks - Vernon Hills

Pretty good Starbucks overall. Ask for light ice or you'll receive ice to the very top of your iced coffees.

If you’re in a rush don’t do drive thru here. Your patience might be long but the line here is longer!!! waited forever!!!!!

The workers at this Starbucks are always so kind. Today I accidentally placed my order at a different store. When I pulled up to the window, they were so helpful and replicated my order for free. I appreciated their kindness so much!! Thank you for making my day!

I asked for extra caramel in my drink and needless to say, Julie pushed back and walked me thru my drink. She says can 't you see the caramel on the bottom and the sides . Never once have I ever experienced this at a Starbucks. If I 'm paying $6 for a drink, I expect to get what I asked. EVEN if you need/want to charge extra for the caramel! Thanks, Julie for your time and lack of effort this morning!
