Friendly's - Vernon Rockville

I went to friendlies in Vernon where I was greeted by Allyson who is an amazing worker. She had the best attitude and was very patient. She deserves a raise or better yet a promotion because that was some of the best service I have ever received throughout the entirety of my life. I never met her before, but she made me feel very welcomed. Businesses should aspire to hire more workers such like Allyson. Outstanding.

Ive been to this friendly's multiple times so happy this is the one that stayed open! They are clean friendly! This past visit everyone was so nice accommodating! I went with a friend and we needed to use a laptop, our waitress Allyson moved us to a table so we could have the laptop plugged in! She was super nice professional! Our food came out pretty quick had no issues! Victoria was also very nice to us we weren't even her table!

My wife and I came in for sundaes last night, she had a hot fudge one and I had a Peanut Butter Cup one. They seemed busy but the staff did a great job. Jessica was our waitress she was very kind, and was doing a great job with all her customers. The ice cream was perfect and I will be back.

I came in this morning with my daughter and her friend! We came for breakfast… Jessica was our server. She was so sweet really helped us out. We enjoyed how she made an effort to speak to us despite how busy she looked…. The breakfast was amazing…. totally going back. Thanks friendlys!!

Came in for breakfast today and our waitress Kathie was super sweet and the food was delicious! The manager Amber came over as well to make sure everything was good! Great staff and super friendly environment
