Friendly's - Vernon Rockville

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I've also worked as a waitress here. The staff member I want to highlight is truly the best! She always has a smile on her face and works incredibly hard.

I came tonight with my children. our waitress was jessica. she was very friendly and even gave us extra cries on the side so that the children could have extra! another thing I liked was how happy the employees seem. I liked to see her smiles through her masks. makes it better for the customer to see how much the employees seem to love their job. some location service sucks at these days, I enjoyed seeing a change.

Visited Friendly's for lunch with my family 4 adults and 4 small children. We were told it'd be about thirty minutes before we could be seated (it was busier than I expected) but the kids were occupied in the waiting area with some small toys we had with us and we were seated after a much shorter wait. Once seated, our server Katherine was on the ball. She was prompt and friendly, food came out quickly and when we added a sandwich onto our order to prevent a toddler meltdown, it came out of the kitchen in record time! Customer service is hard to come by these days but Katherine was great! The servers were hustling and I hope management recognizes that they keep the customers happy (and coming back)!
