So if they have little children or don't want to hack a tooth, be careful when they eat the smoothie bowl. I spoke to one of her fellow workers and she has shaken her shoulders and noticed “It is chocolate in the granola and yes, it is hard”. so they are aware of it, but choose to use the brand of granola instead of choosing a little more tasty and can be enjoyed by all. updated by previous review on 2022-07-25
My boyfriend and his friend, both non vegans, ate there with me 2 mornings in a row and thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
Love that this is all Vegan, dislike that everything seems to be made with fakey meats and limited options for celiacs. Updated from previous review on 2019-04-18
Eat Good Market is a small health food store offering many organic and vegan products (as well as non-vegan foods, but quite few). Obviously the selection of vegan products can 't be compared to big hippie cities like Vancouver and Montreal, but it is more than enough. I found vegan ice cream, burgers, sausages, cheeses, frozen pizzas, etc. There are also items such as fruits, vegetables, juices, bread, dried and canned beans, sauces, pastas, grains, cereals, baking stuff, chocolates, plant milks, protein powders, supplements, personal care products, etc. An all-vegan cafe inside the market offers smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, and some desserts.
We had the original açaí bowl and the chickpea toona sandwich. Costed $16CAD. Both absolutely amazing. Best all-vegan café I’ve been.
