Extreme Pita - Vernon BC

I was at this restaurant over the weekend and had a great experience. The pitas are incredibly delicious, especially the Philly cheesesteak one, which is one of my favorites. They are reasonably priced and come in two sizes - snack size and full meal size.

Probably the healthiest quick lunch in town. Tried the new entree Chicken Schwarma, and it was perfect. Dr. Mirkin would approve! Everything perfectly fresh and tasty, served up lightning quick. Nice clean premises, and the staff extremely friendly.

We were in a hurry but didn't want fast food. We ordered pitas without sauces. The service was average and lacked enthusiasm. Despite the quiet atmosphere, we were rushed through as if the restaurant was busy. The food tasted good and the ingredients were fresh.

The menu options were typical of any Extreme Pita location, but this particular one had a sewage odor that was quite unpleasant. We visited on the evening of July 20th. The young woman working there was unfriendly, appearing unhappy, rude, and bothered by our presence. She carelessly tossed blender lids around, with no manners or greeting. While the food was as expected, the service was subpar.

Freshly made, large variety of options, sauces that are delightful and well paired options. Parking lot is a little confusing and hard to get out of, but doesn't stop us from returning when we are in town !
