Opa! Of Greece Village Green Mall

I loved my falafel wrap with fries; it was the best thing ever!

I recently had my first visit to Opa in Vernon, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The staff was quite rude when I requested that my food be served hot. They insisted it was hot and insinuated that I couldn't tell the difference between hot and cold. I was so frustrated that I ended up leaving. The person who was particularly unhelpful was named Vipul.

The food was great, and the staff is very good and friendly. I really enjoyed the food a lot!

Wow! When there's an error with an order, the appropriate response should be, "Oh, I'm sorry! Let me take care of that for you." Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Instead, there was an argument with the customer, followed by a lengthy five-minute discussion among the staff without any engagement with the customer. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to glare at the customer while they were simply trying to enjoy their meal. It’s clear that this location could greatly benefit from some customer service training.

The food at this restaurant is incredible! I enjoy it so much that I dine here for every meal. It's absolutely delightful!
