Pallino's - Vernon

Dined here with a large group last week. What excellent food! We were staying on property at Predator Ridge. This was a short walk from our accommodation (the walk was welcome especially after our dinner). Outdoor patio dining and phenomenal service really added to our enjoyment of this meal that was reasonably priced and tasted excellent. As a large group, we had the opportunity to try several different pizzas and enjoyed a terrific caesar salad and caprese salad. Staff were personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly a hidden gem.

Let me start by saying the service was really nice. I can't say great because you order the Italian food like your at subway. At the til. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. My wife asked for margarita pizza. There is another restraunt on the property that I would recommend you visit. This Italian food is really bad. The service good but the food is what you would expect to get at a Canadian mall food fair. Nice guys - food is below average. Sorry.

We grabbed lunch here on our second day and wished we would of tried it sooner. The fried capers on the ceasar salad is a great touch. You can't go wrong on the pizza, we tried the spicy pancetta and the fungo proscuitto. Make sure you get a side of the chili oil!

Brought my mom for lunch a couple weeks ago and she just loved the whole atmosphere from the food to the view to the service. We had a very friendly and helpful waitress named Marley that talked about some other nice things to do in the Oka with my mom after we told her that she was visiting out of town and all of her suggestions were great. It was my first time there and I would definitely return and certainly again with friends visiting from out of town as the location is perfect for showing off the beauty of the Oka to newcomers.

Took my 10 year old son out for fries and iced tea and had a blast. Our server Sydney treated us like we were her most important table of the night, even though we were just a small tab. Had lots of fun acting like grown ups for a night. Thx Range!
