It really varies depending on the Tim Hortons location you choose. Ever since they transitioned to pre-cooked donuts instead of preparing them fresh in-store, I've noticed quite a difference, and I find myself visiting less frequently. The coffee and tea are good, but the other beverages are just okay.

I made them aware of my dairy allergy, but I was still provided with dairy products.

The drive-thru can get pretty crowded, but overall, this Tim Hortons is outstanding.

This is definitely the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever visited. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get a coffee and a couple of pastries.
