Burger King - Vero Beach

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times they charged my credit card for the wrong food. When asked about it, they acted like they didn't know why it happened and only apologized after I insisted on speaking to the Assistant General Manager. I think they are intentionally overcharging customers, so I recommend always asking for a receipt to avoid being taken advantage of at this location.

Do not come to this restaurant if you are looking for good, hot food. The service and employees are terrible, and they get upset if you request fresh, hot food. It seems like they do not want to work and are unhappy. The restaurant also needs new and improved management.
