Contribuisci feedback(It is a former howard Johnson’s, so it has a familiarity when they arrive and run around. the beach and swimming pool area are beautiful.) they obviously don't like Booking.com. it was said that I had contacted the property directly to make a reservation instead of Booking.com. so my trip was unique that I would fly in my plane until after port st. lucie to buy another mastiff. in the future there were a series of problems that brought me not only to spend the night, but to borrow the car of the breeder to get from place to place. the car...a honda element 2006. (more on that later) we went to the booking because we had to find a pet-friendly, balcony room within 20 miles from the airport. the only other way to do this would be to call each hotel on the list, which is why the advice of the hotel irritates. this hotel was the highest rated and “searched” to have the room we were looking for at then. all at once. we moved into the hotel lobby in the element, and the looks and stars were creepy. my wife and I started our lives poor. we have worked for everything we have, and so we do not appreciate people who put on air. While working with the recipe girl (I say girl because I think she is 16 or 17 she would have indicated that the type of room I expected would not be the kind of room I got. I laughed because at $950 for one night, I would be cleared that it should have a look at the ozean. their answer...” they see that this is a very expensive hotel and they should have really called before coming.” I was livid and asked for my money back and of course it was not possible, so we stayed in this snobatorium only as long as we had to go home the next day and flew. now, let us add to this experience the soap sauce from a year of sitting in the bathroom. bends all the writing in the room and a great smell. I'd break up in 1987 in a million, ohio, on the road. the night in a motel with a phone in the room. had breakfast with the owner the next day. better by far.
Not a great impression. We needed to sit outside which was fine. But service was terrible and slooow! Our appetizers served with some of the entrees. The last two entrees belonging to our party were served 10-15 minutes after the first ones.Complaint to management was basically shrugged off as he said yes it was terribly slow.I can not recommend this restaurant that charges premium prices $. Party of 5 w/3 glasses of wine, no coffee or dessert $300+ ?
After a shaky start with a later than promised check in, the experience just kept improving. A comped dinner as an apology was nothing less than superb. It included a visit from Meghan Carratini, Manager who radiates genuine caring. The hard acoustics are my only complaint, but that's a Miami style targeted at a younger demographic. We love it.
We have stayed here in the past before buying a home in Vero, and it was wonderful.Last night we went to the outside bar for drinks and music. It was very busy, but I got an extremely good espresso martini, and my husband got a beer. We were sitting there enjoying the music and atmosphere when a man, who we presumed to be a waiter, stopped to ask how everything was. Come to find out, he is the managing director, Chad Olson. He was so kind and friendly. Taking several minutes to visit and make sure we were enjoying the evening made all the difference after just leaving a place that had terrible customer service. He even pointed out the Gloria Estefan was there!I highly recommend the bar and the hotel. We will definitely go back.
If you go get a “ Monkey Punch” cocktail???. Delish. Fish tacos so good beautiful view of the ocean and great music by the pool. One of the beautiful places in Vero. Always a good time.
