Pretzel was soggy on the bottom and undercooked on top. Dog was cooked but barely warm. For maybe $4 the combo would be worth it. But for over 8$ even Starbucks across the room has better offerings. Giving out a 2/5 cause the dipping sauce was pretty solid.
I love Aunt Anne's, but when I went to this place, they weren't open and the people who worked in this place said nobody worked there.
These are never opened in service platforms. Time wasted.
Tell us there would be 15 minutes for Brezel dogs and 20 minutes later they gave us burned. When we complained about it, they at least refunded us.
The three ladies working there were in the front of the store just playing on their phones and talking to a friend when I arrived. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of the register. The cup of pretzel bites I received had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. They were all dried out and not as good as the ones I have ordered at other Auntie Anne?s. If you stop at this test stop, do yourself a favor. Avoid Auntie Anne?s. Just get a coffee at the Starbucks and a snack from the market. This Auntie Anne?s is terrible.
