Umai Sushi Steak House - Verona

I rarely write reviews, but tonight I had to go out. I wanted to try this place since the opening. I usually drive from Verona to Upper Montclair to get sushi. Long time in Verona, this place would have been much more comfortable. Unfortunately, I never have the chance to try. I called tonight to order several reels to pick up. The person who answered the phone could not have been RUDE anymore!! He claimed that they were SO BUSY that they would not accept an order. I'm so sorry that we can't take your order tonight, just an rude and extremely short answer. I can understand if they are busy tonight or are short-handed, but I can understand NIE rudeness! They had a new potential local customer on the phone, but now they have nothing. Even if food can be good, what I will never know, customer service is unpredictable AWFUL!!
