Mcdonald's - Versailles

This McDonald's is abysmal. The morning/day crew isn't nearly as bad especially when that one very polite man is on premise, but the evening/close crew.. forget about it. It takes forever to get your order and when you finally do get it.. more than likely is going to have an issue. I've sat and watched on multiple occasions McDonald's park numerous drive thru vehicles only to watch the customers walk back in and their usually missing an item or the item was made incorrectly. I've watched them change crew members more than a few times. Hint: maybe it's not the crew members you should be looking at. Good luck Versailles McDonald's.. I've seen other local restaurants turn their service around.. I'm holding out hope that eventually you do too.

Been sitting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. They can't seem to get it together. They need a whole new management team.

Placed a mobile order at 8:20 and was expecting a wait because it was Friday night. I was in the drive thru line for 23 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, the associate asked me what my order was and then proceeded to start preparing my beverage. I would say that I was relieved that my food was ready but the McNuggets and fries were both cold and rubbery. When I asked for a refund, was informed that they didn’t know how to refund a mobile order and I’d need to contact support. It’s McDonald’s so my expectations aren’t high but I still expect the food to be edible. This may be the worst location I’ve visited in central Kentucky.

After not eating much McDonalds for a few years i started eating it at this location (mainly through delivery) a few months ago. The delivery packaging looks nice neat when i receive it and more order is usually good right, plus the ice cream/milkshake machine has been working more often than i expected. They usually forget smaller things like ketchup packets, napkins or a straw (which luckily i usually have those items at home), but one time they forgot one of my large fries my holiday pie.
