Chick-fil-a - Vestavia Hills

This is easily the worst location in Birmingham. The service is consistently slow, and the food is disappointing.

I had to wait much longer for my food than usual. Although there were plenty of staff members around to assist, they all seemed a bit flustered. However, the food was excellent, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean.

Shows the worst Chick boot A you will visit. We ordered THE TIME before the app. My daughter felt sick, so we drove through the drive to pick him up. Waited forever because the employee didn't like his employees to leave him alone, so he kept the line. Then get into the window and the order was incomplete had to take up and wait 15 minutes on an ice cone. Every other time I get something like this, it happens

Unfortunately, this location is still the slowest and lowest quality Chick-fil-A I’ve ever encountered. It’s not uncommon for a simple beverage order to take up to 20 minutes to fulfill. If you value your time, I suggest looking for a different location. I understand that finding staff can be challenging these days, but when I’m waiting for my food and see five employees behind the counter while my meal sits there for an extra five minutes before my drink is made, it points to a failure in training and management. There are excellent Chick-fil-A locations in the Birmingham area; supporting those establishments would be a better choice, as they truly represent the brand and the level of service that is expected.

I am out of patience with this location! The fries are consistently cold and soggy and when I ask for them well done, I 'm told We don 't do well done fries. The order is always wrong and it takes an extremely long time. I sure hate that the nearest Chick-Fil-A in Hoover is being remodeled. Hopefully it will be up and running by the Fall. Until then, I will just have to drive to the Patton Creek location if I want Chick-fil-A because I have been disappointed at this location far too many times!!
