Chili's Grill - Vestavia Hills

We have chili’s for a very long time especially in florida, where it seems as if there is one on every corner. during the day we were at the Homewood location, with the drive thru and twice on 4/1/22 and 4/8/22. which makes for a difference in a week to 4/1 we could not get drinks in time and our food was going to arrive forever. the place was packed and the bartender had to cover the bar area and the surrounding tables. she looked blunt! I ordered the cajun chicken pasta and the garlic bread missing. they said it would come, but it never did. while the pasta was good, it was not as spicy as in pastness. I didn't know they could add 12 to it that I had to try in the future. on 4/8 it was not so crowded and our drinks were delivered very quickly. our bartender ladarius was excellent. with our order for a mushroom burger and a house salad it was not long before they arrived. the burger was much bigger than I remember it was, but it was great. the house salad looked really good and my wife made quick work of it. for dessert we decided on the molten chocolate cake and it comes in two sizes, so if they are full of their meal the smaller version is to go away!

Fantastic food that’s fresh and hot! I took my daughter there for lunch, and we all enjoyed the Triple Dippers. I personally had a double order of the Southwestern Ovine and Original Chicken Brothers, along with a mango tea. I highly recommend this place!

Really good fast eating. we have the two for $25. steak was surprisingly tender and tasty, comparable to texas roadhouse: ribs were delicious, maybe a little more seasonal on the top than I used to, but still great. fantastic deal especially in this economy

My server has dried! but she was one of only 3 in a busy restaurant. they need help. so many jobs are available and people still want to be unemployed! I don't understand, whatever.

So, I haven't been to Chili's bar and grill since the pandemic! I didn't have a bad experience. The service was great, considering we had only one waitress to service our area. I got the 3 for $10.00 deal (Soup or Salad, an entree and a drink) I tried the Cajun chicken pasta for the first time. It wasn't too bad. The only issue was it was a little dry. I asked the waitress to bring me some more sauce and just like that, IT WOKE RIGHT UP!! So, yeah! I will definitely hit them up again for the 3 for $10.00 deal! Sorry, how could I forget to tell you about the Merry Berry RITA drink! Get the Merry Berry RITA drink, it is AWEsome!
