Dunkin' - Vestavia Hills

My orders are repeatedly messed up with missing items and giving me the wrong thingnever toasts the avacado toast (i work at a dunkin’ myself and know it takes 13 seconds to toast the sour dough bread .)laziness at its finest

This used to be one of my favorite places on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee they hired some new people customer service has gone down tremendously I ordered a egg and cheese croissant mold was all over the bread it was absolutely no way that they could not have seen that I asked for some sugar for my coffee I got an attitude back replied you don't see the sugar on the outside on the table so I said okay leaving out the door the lady gave me a smart smirk saying okay now you have a good day and I said the same to you I no longer go there anymore don't have time for it

Pathetic is an understatement, manager should be ashamed to have workers that don’t care.

My orders are consistently wrong, hot items being served stale and cold, hot drinks are tepid. Skip this location.

Wasn't sure how I wanted my iced coffee the lady at the drive thru made some recommendations. She answered questions now I know what to order. Yay! She was friendly and helpful. (SB McD iced coffee people: order your iced coffee with liquid cane sugar creamer. DD Butter Pecan beats everyone else's iced coffees!
