Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I typically have great experiences at this restaurant, but today was not one of them. The hours clearly state that this location opens at 10 AM, yet I was informed they actually open at 10:30 AM. That wasn’t a big deal, but as I was driving away, I heard someone from the microphone shout, “GO AWAY,” very loudly. It was so rude and I’m really disappointed.

I've asked for the 5-finger plate with extra Zax Sauce twice now, and even though I know I should check at the window, I still end up getting home to find just 3 fingers and no Zax Sauce at all!

Edit (10/2/22): We decided to give this location another chance, but it seems nothing has improved. We placed four orders and had issues with all of them. The fries were cold, the boneless wings were incredibly hard, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, the salad was wilted, and there was no salad dressing included with the order. In total, $55 down the drain. Edit (10/27/22): I must be a glutton for punishment, but I decided to try again. I ordered the Great 8 Boneless Wing Meal at the drive-thru, but it only came with five boneless wings, maybe 10-12 fries, and the drink was only three-quarters full. I called back to speak to the manager but ended up talking to a rude staff member who wanted to know who I was (I simply said I was a customer). She responded that she didn’t know if she could find a manager. It’s disappointing to see how Zaxby’s handles customer service.

I love zaxby's, I love their salads, and I love their wimpy sauce. I'm disappointed that they got rid of the Buffalo chicken salad but I still make my own and order the Wimpy sauce on the side. Upgrade to their new app they have a better point systemnow and you get a free Zack pack. I went to the drive-thru around 12:30 and there was only one person in front of me. Didn'ttake more than 5 minutes from being in line to leaving.

Too many options for fast food first timer. You can simply tell me what you can use. Otherwise good friendly service
