P.o.l.o. - Vesthimmerlands

We have been on Himmeriget twice. It was a fantastic experience both times. Great food, wine and service. They really have it. Himmeriget is definitely at top 3 over Danish restaurants I have visited. Having been on Michelin restaurants that could not reach near the kingdom of heaven.

Thank you for a super nice evening and experience. I am impressed by the high standard of food, knowledge and storytelling. Nice to see organic goods all over the place playing an important role.

En fuldstændig fantastisk oplevelse, som fortjener en Michelin-stjerne. En uforglemmelig aften på Himmeriget. Varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage.

We had a 3 course dinner a la carte plus salty snacks as starter and a coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service from the waitress was exceptional. She made great efforts in matching our courses with the best wines and even brought different suggestions for us to taste from. Best way to start the year and we will definitely come back!

We had a three course meal with wine and they were all good tasting and inspiring. Only the food and wine makes this a 4-star review, but as I wrote in my review of the hotel, they miss the small details in the restaurant interior. My really good white wine was served in a very broken glass, the curtains and some of the interior was crooked hanged.... little stuff, that give a sloppy impression overall.
