Martin's Douglasville Fairburn Road

Not my favorite location. Staff are rude to customers. I get it they are busy but you can't speak to customers like trash.

Biscuits are the best! Love the tenderloin egg and cheese large biscuit!!!

Employees obviously don't want to be there and manager doesn't seem to care about employees or customers and is very rude. The dining room was dirty and napkin dispencers were empty. Asked for some butter and manager refused to provide it. Wife asked for butter on her biscuit and it was just dumped over the top of the biscuit.With the prices, food and service should be excellent and that is not the case here. I've been coming to this Martin's for more than 20 years and the service and food is the worst it's ever been.

Horrible staff, customer asked for butter lady behind the counter said not my problem. The place is trashed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

This is the first time I 've been to a Martins in about 3 months. The ones near my house have lost their hometown feel. You never get what you ask for. Items are missing out of the bag, etc. Also my husband and I got very upset stomachs the last time we visited our local Martins. But this Martins is near my son 's house, we stopped here to pick us up some breakfast and it was GOOD! We had waited in the drive through for a long time, but the correct hot food made up for the wait. Our biscuits were fresh and hot, the eggs were cooked and not runny and the bacon (on my sandwich) was crispy. Also the person in the drive through on this day (4/14 11a) was very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work Douglasville Martins. You can truly show the Martin 's in Powder Springs how it should be done.
