Each flavor breaks down on the palate and the textures are appreciated with each bite. 9 minutes by car from Sion it is a delightful mini gastronomic change of scenery. Nice restaurant in a very good location. Great view from the terrace. You can seat in a garden as well. Tasty food with scallops to be Chef’s favourite. List of wine could have been longer. Beautiful setting but dogs prohibited in the restaurant but not on the terrace where they are welcome Otherwise I find it quite expensive but what is not Service: 4
