So we invited many people to enjoy the finely prepared and presented dishes... at the time; until a few years ago and many changes of owners and chef. As much as to say right away, this era has been over several years and unfortunately it looks more like a blending kitchen than a chef's talent. Thank you Transgourmets et al.... In short for 49 euros you will eat at your hunger, without it being bad, but you are far from what you can expect from a menu of this price in Cantal. For 15 euros less you can find a true tasteful and inventive cuisine in many other establishments in Cantal
The brunch is very good: buffet and hot dishes. The exceptional tapas. Excellent pastries. Gracious foie gras. Very nice and friendly service. The chief and his wife are in the room to exchange. The frame is super Good value quality price A try
A pleasant setting even if a little bit of deco could be considered. But the meal was a real treat. The menus are refined with ingredients that it is difficult to cook at home what is rare nowadays in a restaurant. The dishes are worth the menu price. The friendly welcome with a small table tower of the boss during the meal is always pleasant. Really to do it again. We'll be back.
One of the best cantal addresses. Dining delicious and very attentive staff. I can only advise this great new address. Thanks to the new owners for taking over the place. Don't stop commenting, it's a great place.
I posted my opinion on the hotel because I didn't know the restaurant had a different name. I recommend this establishment.
