Siamo stati in questa struttura alla fine di agosto, cosa posso dire!? Tutto meraviglioso, a partire dalla colazione deliziata dalle torte e dai pasticcini della signora Silvana, qualcosa di indescrivibile, mai visto tale qualità e autenticità in un hotel. Il ristorante Il Melograno, che si trova all'interno, è molto buono, la materia prima determina il successo del piatto finale. Il personale della camera qualificato e gentile. Raccomando di rimanere al Santa Domitilla per tutti i non interessati. Non esitare. Overpriced and zero service We were very disappointed with our one week stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very well located, the garden and the decoration are very good. These are the only positives! We paid €310 night and it was absolutely not worth it. The room is very small The shower works badly (hose of very poor quality Tiny balcony, no chair Very noisy and poorly soundproofed room On the website there is a Beach Club page, located on the Frontone beach. This is misleading content, the hotel has no beach, we had to pay 60 € day for 2 deckchairs and an umbrella as well as the boat to go there (14 € day for 2 people . That's 74 € more day !! Totally disorganized breakfast service, not enough space, the tables are dirty, the waiters come when you have finished asking if you want a coffee Restaurant without more No communication from reception, lots of staff, but no information, it's very administrative, not a kind word, not advice on where to go, places to visit, they are there to charge. And the must: Wifi almost absent from the rooms (this is normal according to the reception! . I stayed at this hotel in June. The room assigned, adjacent to the reception, seemed to be created from a storage room rather than a 4-star hotel room. Absolutely disappointing and at the same time dated in terms of furnishings and finishes. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful Rooms: Outdated and disappointing room. The bathroom was difficult to access due to the sink obstructing the passage. Old sanitary ware. Furthermore, instead of shampoo or shower gel, a bar of soap is provided for everything. Meh!!!
