Il Rifugio Dei Naviganti Di Pesce A Ponza

Abbiamo cenato all'inizio di ottobre attratto dall'incantevole posizione e dall'ambiente raffinato. Avevamo visto alti prezzi ma volevamo coccolarci. Purtroppo, una gran parte del menu non era disponibile a causa della fine della stagione....e quindi dobbiamo rifare il menu con ciò che è disponibile, o comunicarlo immediatamente. Anche il vino scelto non era disponibile e ci hanno chiesto se andava bene sostituirlo con un'altra etichetta che non era nemmeno nella lista dei vini. Il povero cameriere non era nella professione e ha fatto del suo meglio. Ma con il prezzo richiesto mi aspetto un servizio professionale e un menu preciso. Scarsa frittura, paccheri buoni e conditi al S. Pietro, griglia mista anonima. Per i dolci, solo 1 Sfogliatella era disponibile, quelli della panetteria erano migliori, pagati 8 euro, senza nemmeno un po' di guarnizione. Alla fine volevano offrirci un liquore di finocchio, ma un limoncello arrivò perché l'altro era finito. Esilarante!!! Mi dispiace, ma devi rivedere i tuoi standard. La scusa di fine stagione non regge. Se non riesci a stare in linea con i prezzi che chiedi, chiudi in anticipo o controlla il listino prezzi. La sera seguente abbiamo continuato. Svantaggio

Bene.. l'atmosfera è bella, le porzioni sono piccole, il cibo è ok, ma le insalate non sono buone (semplice ad un estremo) e sicuramente non c'era abbastanza di polpo nell'insalata di polpo. Se siete alla ricerca di un ambiente impressionante nel porto per sorseggiare il vostro bicchiere di vino costoso, si potrebbe piacere questo posto. Grazie Mario! This was by far the best restaurant in town. Many others are recommended or have better ratings at google which I cannot confirm. Mario, the owner, was very welcoming and did a great service. Food was outstanding and presentation nice. Not mentioning the view which is probably the best you can get in town! On July 10, 2023, my whole family went to the Il Rifugio dei Naviganti restaurant on Ponza Island. While the restaurant is in a beautiful place by the sea, we had some problems with the food and service. First, it was hard to order our meals. Some meals on the menu were not available because we came during the day. Also, the people who worked there didn 't speak much English, so we had to use Google Translate to communicate, which was not very helpful. One big issue was when we tried to order lobster from their aquarium. The price on the menu was confusing: /H. We later figured out that /H meant the price for 100 grams of lobster. When we expressed our concern about the seemingly high cost, the waiter hurried to the kitchen and returned with the sizzling lobster on a pan, delivering an emotional explanation that our order couldn 't be cancelled as they were already in the process of preparing it. We reassured him, and the order remained in place, after which we continued to wait for our dishes to be prepared. It made us feel like they were trying to trick tourists. Not having an English menu in a tourist spot is a big problem, and the meals didn 't seem worth the price we paid. In the end, we can 't recommend this restaurant because of the problems with the meals, the language issue, and the overall disappointing experience.
