I was in vic for one night, and there were not many places open for dinner. that was a great sound. About half of the menu is already vegan and the owner is also offered to veganize other items without even asking me. he knows what vegan means and could offer suggestions and changes for veg diners. we ended up with the patatas bravas with a homemade vegan sauce, escalivada and sweetheart with an amazing Romesco sauce. the service deserves to be highlighted, the owner was very friendly and hard working- the night we came, he was the only worker in the restaurant, both serve as well as cook for all tables.
