Brandy's - Vicksburg

The onion rings were excellent! Three of us ordered the catfish basket, which also comes with fish and shrimp. The onion rings and loaded potato were delicious. However, I would recommend avoiding the seafood at this restaurant. I expected the fish to be fresher, given the proximity to catfish farms, but that wasn't the case.

We had a fantastic lunch at this spot while passing through Vicksburg. The fried catfish, onion rings, and fried green tomatoes were all outstanding. We'll definitely return when we're in the area again!

We were on the hunt for dinner on a Monday night and found many places closed, but thankfully this restaurant was open. It had a charming, rustic "hole-in-the-wall" vibe and offered some unique options on the menu. We tried the BLT with roasted green tomatoes and, of course, the Vicksburg Burger, which is a burger served between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Our meals were served on paper plates, so don’t expect anything fancy here. However, both dishes were delicious, and the service was fantastic. Overall, we left very satisfied and would definitely return. Just a note: the restaurant allows smoking in half of the space, but they have large smoke eaters to manage it. We had a great experience!

It is a dipping bar, you will get what you expect when you think that. God wants big, but it was also not bad. We had fried green tomatoes, fried catfish w/ onion rings, and the bath Bob (hamburger stake on frits top w/ Gravy and onions). Soda came into a can. Water was a bottle. The service was about as expected from a bar. Hasn't hated, probably won't go back. Decor and appearance was different from the app.

Sketchy on the outside, no frills on the inside, food was good… caution they allow smoking inside on one half of the bar so be aware if that is something that bothers you.. overall we had the burgers, they were good and the hand cut fries were my favorite part..definitely a local dive bar
