Chick-fil-a - Vicksburg

Parking lot/drive through was very hectic so opted for ordering and pickup inside. Service was cheerful and efficient, food was hot, tasteful, and well priced. Will eat here happily again!

As a parent, one of the most daunting tasks is going out to eat with the team after a game. However, we all understand it's part of the job. This past Friday night (September 7, 2022), our team and parents decided to dine together at Chick-fil-A in Vicksburg. I thought, well, at least it's a better choice than we've had in previous weeks, but given the chaotic situation with all the team members, parents, and friends, I braced myself for potential poor service and negative attitudes. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at Chick-fil-A that night treated us as if we were the only customers in the restaurant. They even got every order right, including specific requests for CFA sauce and extra ketchup. Despite the loud chatter, the movement of chairs, and the long lines, the employees maintained an excellent attitude. It genuinely was "my pleasure" to enjoy a meal at this Vicksburg Chick-fil-A with our team. Thank you!

One of the best fast food chains. My friend has celiac disease and they were able to show all allergens to him and find some gluten-free food for him. I'd go there again!

The staff was excellent! However, the chicken nuggets were really tough; one pack had small nuggets while the other had regular-sized ones. The fries were overcooked and limp, even though it was only 9 AM. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Order Number 6473861: I stopped by this restaurant while passing through on my way back to the interstate. However, I started hearing complaints from the back about the kids' meals. It turns out they only included fries and no chicken bites. I'm not sure how that happened, especially since the place wasn't that busy.
