El Ranchero Mexican - Vicksburg

The fajitas are delicious and come in generous portions!

I had a meal at a restaurant in Vidalia, LA, and it was the best Mexican food I've ever had.

This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've ever dined at, even considering those far away. Our waitress, Priscilla, was incredibly kind and professional. She was very attentive, and her service was outstanding. The portions of food are generous; in fact, one serving of fajitas can easily feed two people. I highly recommend the fajitas with the beef, shrimp, and green peppers—they are simply delicious beyond my wildest dreams. I will definitely be returning to this establishment! If you've tried others, it's time to experience the best Mexican restaurant, El Ranchero, in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Friendly staff. Torilla Soup is very good and recommended!

Not only was our meal (taco salad and burrito supreme) and chips/salsa excellent, but the happy hour 2 fer 1 margaritas for $6.50 blew us away. A little outside of Vicksburg, but as other reviewers have noted it's well worth the trip.
