Kroger's - Vicksburg

As I was leaving KROGER today, a heavy rain was quickly closing in on the parking lot. Of course I did not have an umbrella! One of the young men who works there, Rodney, was on the way in the store. He saw me and followed me to the car to help me try to beat the rain. I had no cash on me, so I told him to not to worry about me because I couldn't tip him. He refused!!! I thanked him profusely. All he said was it was the right thing to do and he smiled the entire time!!! Kudos to Rodney and his parents! What a fine young man!

Kroger undoubtedly has the most thoughtful and helpful staff. While I was doing a quick grocery run, my son Cullen was sleeping, and I didn't want to wake him by putting him in the shopping cart. This meant I had to hold him while pushing my cart. As I made my way back to the checkout, one of the cashiers offered to push my cart to the register, help me unload my items, and another young man even took my cart to my car for me! This mother is truly grateful for their kindness today.

I just returned home with my first ClickList order, and it was flawless. The gentleman who delivered my order was kind and very helpful. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be using ClickList again!

The staff in town is very friendly. I've never had a negative experience at the Kroger in Vicksburg.
