I had a pleasant stay, and while some of the young staff members were genuinely attentive and provided excellent service, others fell short of that standard. I found the ambiance of the dining area a bit dull and uninviting, which prompted me to place my order instead. Overall, it was a great value, especially with the reasonably priced house wine.

The buffet was excellent, and we all indulged a bit too much. Sam's service was outstanding; you can tell he takes great pride in his work. On the other hand, Bec could learn a thing or two from him. Her manner towards us was quite rude, and I believe such matters should be addressed among the staff before they interact with guests. Perhaps customer service isn't the right fit for her.

Overpriced and quite average! We came for dinner from Adelaide and left disappointed. While the service was good, the meals were not worth the steep prices for the mediocre food. The most disappointing dish was the potato skins priced at $14; we received just three hollowed-out halves of potato with a bit of tomato sauce and some chopped-up acidic bits. The jalapeño poppers were also underwhelming, costing double what they do back in Adelaide and lacking in flavor. We definitely won't be returning.
