It was a little smelly when we walked in????. We asked for lemon waters and they had no lemon when the waters came out, but that?s fine. Definitely recommend signing up for the membership. It?s free, and you can get free chips and salsa, or anon-alcoholic beverage! Food came out fast, and delicious! Great baked potato soup!

Not sure the Bartender's Name, but she was super helpful and very accommodating! We were in the middle of a 11 hour car ride with the whole family when we stopped in. At first we ordered to go thinking we could eat out on the lawn, but ended up needingto sit indoors due to weather. We were given a table, silverware, and had a very nice dinner. Thanks all, and thanks towhoever it was that brought our pup some water.

We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It appeared that they were quite understaffed. Our server was bustling about, attending to multiple tables. We both ordered the chicken fajitas, which were delicious and arrived fairly quickly as well.

It was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was spotless, and the waitress was exceptional. The food arrived promptly, and there was more than enough to enjoy. This has been my best dining experience in quite some time. Chili's has quickly become my new favorite place, and I live in Irondequoit!

I arrived at 6:30 PM with a table for five. The service was excellent—quick and attentive, with amazing customer care. The restaurant was clean, the food was spot on, and they also adhered to social distancing measures.
