Spoons Bistro - VICTOR

So I guess all the reviews are under Yelp but I use google maps so here's my two cents. The service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, owner came out and checked to see how everything was. Food was incredible. I had the fried oysters, harvest salad and pork schnitzel. The oysters rivaled some of the best oysters I ever had which was in New Orleans. The salad was incredible (beets, sprouts, sunflower seeds, crispy bacon, vinaigrette dressing). Main course was on par with everything else. I would highly recommend the Spoons Bistro. It was the best meal we had on our trip. I don't think you'll be disappointed!!

Travis (the owner and the cook) is charming... but sports the losing combination of arrogance ignorance. He tried unsuccessfully to defend his choice, high fructose maize syrup (Heinz ketchup) to what else a fine culinary experience. I'm sorry, Travis... We won't be back.

Recommend the Jenny Lake storage and oysters. Good combo.

We're from Chicago and that was as good as any big town of Bistro. Great service great food in a warm atmosphere.

A hidden jewel in Victor!! Last minute birthday party for 11 and they came with flying colors!! Beautiful deck dining room, great food and service! Will it be better? We'll all go back to Din.
